Due Upon Arrival

Applicable security deposit, Rent Balance, and signed Rental Agreement

Smoking, Pets, and Excessive Cleaning

Smoking and pets are prohibited on the premises: except certain Owner-approved allowances for i.e. seeing-eye dogs. A $200 fine in addition to cleaning and replacement fees will be imposed. A fee of $200 will be imposed for excessive cleaning.

Visitors Policy

A maximum number of permitted Visitors is allowed per home. For security reasons, names and addresses will be required. Renter is responsible for guests. Failure to register or exceeding the maximum number allowed will result in eviction and loss of security deposit. Overnight guests are not allowed

Excessive Utilities

Normal utilities usage are included in the rental fee, and calculated based on historical utilities usage in a given property. However, excessive usage that exceeds twenty percent (20%) of the normal amount will be charged to the Renter and deducted from the security deposit. In case of certain special promotions and conditions, pool-heating gas usage is not included as part of normal utilities usage. Additional charges may apply.

Credit Card Security Authorization

Signing this rental agreement authorizes the applicable home's security deposit of $500 - $2500. Any additional purchases, damages, or missing items will be charged to your credit card.

Refund of Advance Rent Deposit/Deposit Confirmations & Cancellations

Notice of cancellation must be made 15 days (all homes) to 30 days (Requited Bliss & Casa La Coppola) in advance of your check-in date. Within 15 days, Reservation deposit is no longer refundable but 90% may be applied to an alternate date in the future. Defaults and no-shows without notification forfeits the full rent balance amount. There are no refunds for early departure.

Waiver of Responsibility

Casa Coco Inc. and/or Owner of this property will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related accidents, drownings, and/or bodily harm/personal injuries. Renter accepts full responsibility for self and anyone on the premises and by signing this agreement acknowledges that usage, occupation of home and swimming, is conducted fully at Renter's own risk.

Waiver of Liability

You acknowledge that neither Casa Coco Inc. nor its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by "force majeure" or other events beyond Casa Coco Inc.'s control, including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, pilferage, delays, severe weather, Acts of God, Acts of Government, accidents to or failure of machinery, equipment, vehicles or industrial disputes.

Governing Laws

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction the home is located. Any dispute concerning it or its interpretation shall be adjudicated in that jurisdiction.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.
